All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Provide as much information as possible before completing the return request, as the product you will return will be evaluated and verified before it is accepted for a refund.

When is return not available?

  1. If the refund is requested outside the specified timeframe which is 14 days from the day of receipt.
  2. If the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition that you received it.
  3. The specified categories are non-refundable, such as cosmetics, make-up, personal care tools … etc.
  4. Defective products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. Any consumable product that was used in any way.
  6. Anything missing from the packaging you received including price tags, stickers, original packaging, free accessories, and accessories.
  7. Fragile and personal care products.

However, for defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange, provided that the item is in the same condition that you received it with the original box intact and / or the packaging intact.
